Share Your Story of Medical Overtreatment

Have you experienced any kind of medical care that was unwanted or that you thought unnecessary?
 
Have you declined treatment recommendations and found a medically appropriate, less intensive alternative? 
 
If so, you are not alone and we want to hear your story whether it's a C-section that you didn't want, a hysterectomy, or back surgery, CT scans, medications, whatever.  
 
The "Share Your Story" survey was developed in partnership with Consumers Union's Safe Patient Project and www.TreatmentTrap.org.
