| Directed Giving to Honor Someone or Celebrate Your Event |
Email nasima@cfmidwifery.org if you would like to register to have a directed giving listing on the Citizens for Midwifery Website. People use directed giving to celebrate a wedding, baby shower, birthday, or to honor someone who has passed on. We will create a listing specific to your event or in honor of someone on this page and then your guests can make a contribution in your name and leave you a message here. At the end of a time frame you specify we will send you all the messages and names of those who have left contributions in your name.

| Make a CFM Contribution to Honor Somone or Celebrate an Event |
Make a contribution to CfM to celebrate a wedding, birthday or to honor someone.
In the text box below please include the name of the person you are making the donation in honor of, that person's e-mail and/or physical address, a personal message to the person and sign your name. CfM will send them a card by e-mail or snail mail with your message and an acknowledgment of the contribution to CfM in their name. |
